  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building key client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:

· Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the oil and gas sector, focusing on training and manpower supply services.

· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.

· Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, working closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment.

· Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts to secure business deals.

· Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify areas for growth and potential risks.

· Reporting: Regularly report on sales progress, client feedback, and market conditions to senior management.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Proven experience in business development, particularly in the oil and gas or manpower supply sectors.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Strong analytical abilities and experience with market research.

· Ability to work independently and within a team to meet targets and deadlines.
