We are hiring dedicated Boutique Outlet Supervisor to join our fashion retail business. The Outlet Supervisor are responsible for the overall management of our retail boutique. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that a boutique operations run smoothly, driving excellent performance, customer service and sales for the brand and products. You should be passionate self-starter, up-to-date with the latest trends in fashion industry, possess excellent people and communication skills, as well as be able to drive sales.
Job Descriptions
- Overseeing daily operations of a boutique, salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other.
- Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.
- Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks, and profit-margins.
- Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
- Monitor stock and inventory, arrange restock & return, and perform quality assurance of merchandise on a regular basis. Monitoring shelves stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
- Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers.
- Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints.
- Motivating employees to achieve targets.
- Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.
- Coordinate daily staffing and monthly roster schedules.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of all store operations, including the timely submission of all personnel paperwork, preparing and submitting reports, staff welfare and monitoring sales, receipts and cash.
- Comply with company policies, procedures and standards.
- Ensure the boutique and staff complies with outlined safety policies and procedures, as well as the Shopping mall and government’s regulations and standard operating procedures (SOP).
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Retails Management/ Business Administration/ any equivalent studies.
- Computer-literate and familiar with Microsoft Words, Excel, etc.
- At least 4 years of experience in retails industry, with managing experience is required. (Fashion industry is advantages).
- Excellent time management, prioritization and multitasking skills.
- Customer service oriented and able to attract potential customers.
- Able to motivate, give clear directions and set expectations for retail team.
- Strong knowledge of the latest fashion trends.
- Good attitude and discipline, independent, hardworking, trustworthy.
- Willing to work in on weekends and public holidays, during peak season and for any ad hoc issues.
- Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidate must be willing to work at KL EAST MALL
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
