We’re a fast-growing company, driven by innovation and collaboration, and we’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Human Resource & Admin Executive to support our HR and administrative operations, and help us continue fostering a culture of excellence.
Human Resources:
- -Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from creating job postings and screening candidates to conducting interviews and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires. -Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment. -HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure organizational compliance with HR policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices, and update policies as necessary to align with evolving legal requirements. -Training & Development: Coordinate and facilitate training programs and professional development initiatives to support employee growth and enhance organizational effectiveness. -Payroll & Benefits Administration: Administer accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, and SST. -HR Projects & Initiatives: Assist with various HR-related tasks and strategic initiatives as needed to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
Administrative Duties:
- -Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office, including managing office supplies, coordinating office maintenance, and ensuring a comfortable and productive work environment. -Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential employee records, including contracts, personal data, performance appraisals, and other HR documentation. -Event Coordination: Plan and organize internal company events, team-building activities, and meetings to foster employee engagement and collaboration.
