- -Creating, setting up, and managing new and renewed service contracts, ensuring data, customer details, and equipment information are accurately recorded and aligned with company policies and customer requirements.
- -Generate monthly invoices. -Handle accurate and timely submissions of rental and leasing invoices.
- -Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding service contracts, billing discrepancies, or portal submission issues.
- -Maintain reports on contract renewals, billing status, and portal submission metrics, and update SOPs to support consistency and accuracy in contract and billing processes. -Generate regular reports on contract status, renewals, and expirations to inform management decisions and support strategic planning. -Regularly audit service contracts and billing records to maintain data integrity.
- -Possesses Degree in Business related studies. -Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! -1-2 years related experiences are open to apply! -Proficient in communication. -Knowledge in SAP will be preferrable.
