Marketing Officer: Student Recruitment Executive (Japanese language Speaking Required) Marketing: 4 positions Responsibilities: · Promote IABT academic courses and programmes, immersion programmes and training programmes · Drive marketing strategies and branding campaigns in the respective markets · Meet mutually agreed sales targets · Provide counsel to prospective and walk-in students for the Institute’s programmes · Follow-up with new and existing student leads from the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, online campaigns and education fairs · Provide comprehensive information and training to authorised agents on the Institute’s programmes · Expand network of agents and territories in respective markets Managing assigned authorized partners or end customers via telephone to detect potential business opportunities. · Supporting partners or end customers in business development and tracing ongoing projects as inside sales representative. · Managing the pipeline, forecasting business and develop influential relationship with existing customers. · Generating up-selling and cross-sale opportunities. · Administrating CRM tools · Reporting to inside sales partner in Japanese · Contribute to develop a high-performance team · Arranging summer and winter camp · Prepare yearly budget planning, Camp Budget and ensure all campaign is executed within the timeframe/budget. · Planning camp and installation period. · Planning seasonal photo shooting, video, social media etc · Liaise with agency/media/suppliers/printer for all related deliverable/costing. · Proofread all communication materials before release/output. · Oversee Social Media, working together with creative team to produce contents, proofreading content before posting, plan and approve all social media related material. · To analyze, review & evaluate the effectiveness of A&P plans, programs & activities to ensure they meet campaign goals & objectives. · assist the candidate with all aspects of the testing process from registration to test delivery · Monitor customer care goals and develop improvements in customer care services. · To interface between candidates, clients and test sites in a professional and efficient manner · Follow company guidelines in issuing Promo Codes/Emergency Vouchers whilst adhering to Contact Centre policies and procedures · Communicates appropriate options for resolution and respond to candidate in a timely manner. · Coordinate with various departments and clients and resolve all technical and operation issues · To respond to incoming telephone calls and emails within a specified timeframe according to company guidelines. · Achieve and maintain all key quality and productivity metrics. · To ensure excellent reliability with minimal unplanned absences as per company guidelines · To attend required training to continually learn knowledge of practices, procedures, policies and clients. · To communicate and participate in team meetings, in order to share best practice and flag issue to the Team Leader · To meet agreed objectives enabling the corporate objectives to be achieved · Continuously identify work process improvements and communicate to Team Leaders and (or) Management Tea Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / business administration or equivalent with minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant sales and / or marketing experience, preferably in the education industry · Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese language (fluency) · Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language would be an advantage · Result oriented, dynamic and self-motivated · Independent worker and team player · Highly adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment · Able to travel as and when required · Interest in IT (Microsoft applications, Google Drive and etc) · Knowledge of the client’s product and service preferable · Deep understanding for business strategy and plan and drive sales activity to achieve the committed revenue and profit. · Conduct market research and market mapping to penetrate relevant market that align to company strategy. · Expand and identify new sales leads and potential new markets across various channels not limited to cold call, networking event and etc. · Establish professionals’ client/business relationships with key decision makers in client’s company in a competitive environment · Understand the needs of clients and consult with our solution accordingly · Contact potential clients via email/phone/social media to establish rapport and set up meetings · Keep awareness of latest market trends (competitors, new FDI) and discuss with head of department on strategy to penetrate market. · Update client companies’ information accurately in CRM system, leverage CRM to streamline sales process to re-target potential prospects. · Attend business conferences, meetings, expo, and industry events when needed · Develop & customize quotes, proposals and agreements according to client needs and align of company requirement. · Negotiate and renegotiate by phone, email, and in person · Keep head of department informed by submitting weekly & monthly reports · They also have possible other tasks such as developing plans or delivering proposals.
