1. Customer Support :
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
· Offer post-sales support, including coordination to arrange schedule to site with service engineer input to ensure client satisfaction. Obtain client feedback and redirect the issues to the relevant department.
· Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Regarding technical issue, liase with respective project or service engineer to handle client.
· Monitoring the effectiveness of customer support by offering instant assistance on clients queries and complaints and try resolving the issues as soon as possible.
2. Quotations and Servicing :
· Generate accurate and comprehensive quotations based on client requirements, product specifications, and pricing guidelines ensure timely responses to clients.
· Manage and execute monthly service scheduling and manpower according to job type including ad hoc work.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure services are executed on time.
· Monitor and maintain customer servicing documentation are properly recorded.
· Monitor and record consistent in work scheduling.
· Assisting in assigning suitable technical personnel (Engineer or IS) to respective site
3. Quality Assurance :
· Ensure the quality and reliability of our services through evaluation.
· Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes and standards.
· Documentation and Reporting:
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions, and tested item.
· Participate in any ad hoc task being assigned.
· Monday board updates – Keep track proper and consistency record and updates in related boards
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Freelance
Pay: RM1,677.67 - RM7,757.69 per month

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Rotational shift
- Weekend jobs
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
