Job Title

Officer, In-Flight Operations

Reports To

Inflight Supervisor

Role Purpose

Attend to aircraft loading/offloading activities to ensure Inflight Catering items delivered to aircraft for the onboard Inflight services to be received by the Cabin Crew.

Key Responsibility

  • Setting of Catering items into carts and standard units according to the standard diagram & flight requirement.
  • Cleaning & maintaining of Catering equipments to ensure they are cleaned & kept safe according to the hygiene standard in order to supply/rotate the clean equipment onboard the aircraft.
  • Deliver catering items to aircraft safely in order to ensure all flights depart with sufficient items according to the food safely regulations, galley loading diagram & catering check list without short catered.
  • Setting of F&B, Dry Stores & Amenities in the carts/standard units to ensure correct items goes to the correct storage/correct flight according to the standard diagram & flight numbers/sectors in order to avoid shortages of catering items for Crew & Pax usage.
  • Ensure catering equipment are in clean condition & safe to be used onboard according to the Airlines Food Safety & Hygiene

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum SPM or any certification on F&B/stock inventory/data entry with 0-2 years experience in Delivery, Stock, Warehouse background
  • Diploma - F&B, Accounts, Business Management with 0-2 years experience in F&B, Accounts, Warehouse, Data Entry background

Skills & Knowledge

  • Possess valid driving licence (to be qualified for Airside Driving Permit application) & able to handle delivery truck
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to communicate and write in English & BM
  • Warehouse Management/Stock Inventory/Data Entry

  • Last minute aircraft swapping due to technical issues/operational changes
  • Shortage of equipment for rotation
