Responsibilities:
- To assist chef in ensuring that all mise-en-place are prepared accordingly to recipes given and subsequently maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen.
- To assist chef to prepare the food following to the food ordering system.
- To ensure food presentation is follow SOP and ensure orders are made in order time in.
- To arrange and keep good inventory of all food items in kitchen.
- To ensure minimum kitchen wastage.
- Any other tasks assigned by Head Chef.
Requirements: * Minimum 1 years experience in a similar position and operation.
- Diploma in Culinary or related certificate.
- Solid knowledge of basic principles of cookery.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
Schedule:
