Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy: Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies specifically tailored to the baby food market segment in Malaysia.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites etc.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the company's presence on social media platforms popular among parents, such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Develop content calendars, engage with followers, and monitor trends to ensure relevant and timely communication.
- Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with parenting influencers and mommy bloggers to amplify our brand message and reach a wider audience of parents and caregivers.
- Digital Advertising: Manage and optimize advertisements on various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Shopee Ads to ensure maximum reach and engagement. Monitor campaign performance and optimize as needed to maximize ROI.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the results of marketing campaigns and activities. Prepare detailed reports to track performance, measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement.
- Product Launches: Manage the planning and execution of product launches and promotional activities.
- Supplier Management: Liaise with printing suppliers to produce marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and packaging.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Offline marketing involves building partnerships with businesses and organizations aligned with company's audience, organizing awareness campaigns and community engagement activities, while distributing promotional materials to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Ad Hoc duty - Handle unforeseen marketing-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Skills:
- Equipped with the skill and ability to lead and manage marketing initiatives effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proactive and accountable in delivering tasks on time.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), Google Analytics, various ecommerce platform.
- Experience in managing advertisements on platforms such as Facebook, Google, and Shopee.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content that resonates with parents and caregivers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed marketing decisions.
