Responsibilities:
- Answer to customer inquiries.
- Maintain relationships with customers.
- Prepare costings and quotations for customers.
- Prepare all documents related, for example: delivery orders, invoices, and proforma invoices.
- Liaise with production on the status of the order and customer's stock in the warehouse.
- Liaise with purchasing in purchasing the materials.
- Liaise with R&D in terms of new product design and costings.
- Assist marketing staff and manager as necessary at any phase of sales plus marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or related qualification.
- Previous experience in marketing, customer service, sales, or similar roles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Outstanding communication and people skills.
- A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
