QC SUPERVISOR

A quality control (QC) supervisor is responsible for ensuring that products, materials, and parts meet quality standards. They also support by: Training and supervising: Training inspectors and providing on-the-job training to subordinates Scheduling: Scheduling inspections, audits, and data collection Maintaining: Maintaining a clean work station and laboratory equipment, and ordering and maintaining QC supplies Documenting: Documenting and recording deviations from the Project Quality Program and the Company Integrated Management System (IMS) Communicating: Providing information to other departments as necessary, and communicating issues and concerns to the Quality Manager Analyzing: Analyzing data to create presentations and informational materials for other employees Improving: Driving continuous improvement and supporting continuous improvement projects Auditing: Assisting in quality audits and facilitating 3rd party and internal audits and inspections Maintaining safety: Managing workplace safety and health system, and promoting a safe work environment
