Responsibilities • Handle day to day operations of accounting and admin record & filling. • To prepare and handle full set of accounts independently. • In charge of invoices and collections • Handle petty cash and staff claims. • Handle office administrative works and HR duties. • Liaise with both internal and external parties including auditors, tax agent, company secretary, government bodies and etc. • Liaise with suppliers and clients. • Any ads-hoc works assigned by superior. Requirements • Familiar Microsoft Office – Words / Excel / Accounting Software preferable SQL • Minimum 2 years’ experience in admin/accounts work will be an added advantage committed and responsible. • Able to work independently. • Strong multi-tasking skills good working attitude and keen learner. • Possess own vehicle with valid license. • Working Location: Kuching,Sarawak
