You will play a vital role in supporting our mission to integrate insurance ecosystems seamlessly into customer journeys. This position is essential for advancing our Health & Wellness direction, focused on enhancing the health, mental, and financial well-being of employees. You’ll work closely with your team and Product Managers, collaborating to build innovative mobile solutions that streamline employee benefits programs. This role offers you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software development, contribute to meaningful projects, and be part of a team dedicated to making a positive social impact on employee wellness.
What You Will Do
- Develop Mobile Solutions: Use structured software engineering practices to build innovative mobile applications that streamline business processes and employee benefits programs.
- Collaborate with the Product Team: Work closely with the Product Team to understand business requirements and develop mobile applications using the latest technologies.
- Participate in Full Development Lifecycle: Gain exposure to the entire software development lifecycle within the Insurtech industry.
- Build and Improve Employee Wellness SaaS Solutions: Collaborate with the Product Manager, Sales, and Partners to gather feedback and enhance the product.
- Work in a Tech Team: Contribute to both software and IT infrastructure engineering, helping to create comprehensive product features.
- Develop New Features: With guidance from the team.
- Research and Benchmark: Show passion and resourcefulness in finding references and benchmarks to improve the product.
What You Will Need
- Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- Preferably with 3.0 or above CGPA.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge in mobile application development concepts.
- Familiarity with Flutter, Java, and SQL (added advantage).
- Experience with web and backend development (a plus).
- Work Setting: Willingness to work in the office.
