  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Ticket Sales and Management:
    • Sell tickets and handle cash, card, and electronic payments.
    • Manage online ticket reservations and walk-up sales.
    • Distribute tickets and provide any needed instructions.
  2. Customer Service:
    • Greet visitors and help with exhibition and ticket questions.
    • Share information on gallery policies and visitor services.
    • Handle customer issues with a positive, problem-solving approach.
  3. Administrative Duties:
    • Keep accurate records of ticket sales and transactions.
    • Help with daily sales reconciliation and reports.
    • Maintain a clean and organized ticketing area.
  4. Gallery Experience:
    • Promote gallery memberships, events, and exhibitions.
    • Work with the visitor services team to improve visitor experiences.
    • Stay informed about exhibitions and gallery features.
  5. Technical Skills:
    • Use ticketing and point-of-sale systems confidently.
    • Troubleshoot minor ticketing equipment issues.
    • Assist with setting up digital ticketing platforms.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or ticketing is preferred.
  • Experience in art, technology, or immersive experiences is a plus.
  • Salary based on relevant experience.
  • Friendly, with strong communication skills.
  • Accurate cash and electronic transaction handling.
  • Comfortable using point-of-sale systems, computer software, and Android QR scanners.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
