Production Executive

• To plan, staff and organize daily production schedule / activities for the production line. • To check and ensure that production assembling line parameters are set and calibrated in conformity with the stipulated or recommended specifications. • To meet daily production output target, motive and manage a team of operators to ensure that daily target is achieved without any compromising the quality of the product. • To ensure that the preventive maintenance schedule for the assembling line, tools and equipment's are carried out by technical support and maintenance department timely and in accordance with your requirements. • To review and study daily and summary reports on production output, number of rejects, parts claim, shipment and parts inventory to superior timely. To keep proper inventory records for all rejected stock and parts. • To maintain a close rapport with staff and conduct daily appraisal and counseling of production operators to ensure that their attitude, approach and working spirit towards work are maintained to highest level. • To responsible for providing engineering support to production to sustain and improve production yield, quality, and process cycle time. • To ensure all staff under his supervision are sufficiently trained and competent. • Steering committee of ISO. • To perform any other related or similar duties as required or assigned by superior.
