• Coordination works among consultants, site clerk -of-works, sub-contractors, suppliers and main contractors. • Local authority processes/submission/enquiry/coordination/follow up. • To work closely with consultants namely M&E and QS on tender preparation, calling, closing, report, recommendation and award. • Attend consultant, site meetings and site walks/visits. • Prepare interim payment certificates for consultants and contractors claims etc. • Internal coordination works with other departments on sales gallery, SPA documents, handover list and process on vacant possession, APDL, SiFus etc. • Attend occasional JMB/MC meetings and familiar with related SMA • Coordination of property management company on newly handover projects Requirement • Full Project Management Life-Cycle which include Planning, Pre-development and handover experience. • At least 5 to 8 years’ experience in engineering consultant or/and project related field (contractor/developer). • Microsoft office and AutoCAD. • Able to study architectural, engineering and coordination drawings. • Able to pick up issues on plans/sections/elevations.
