Assistant Manager, Site

• Responsible for the supervision, inspection and monitoring construction activities on-site in accordance with the contracts and construction drawings. • To attend the inspection & testing carried out by contractors and to ensure all the reports are properly documented. • Ensure all materials delivered to site and constructed / installed in accordance with the conformance of the approved specifications and the project’s inspection test plan. • Identify all remedial / outstanding works to be carried out and to ensure that those works are carried out by the contractors within the time stipulated in the contracts. • Report regularly to relevant superiors on the progress of the works and the problem areas encountered especially in respect of defect, outstanding or non-conforming works or delayed works. • Keep all relevant forms, documents, correspondences and records in respect of the progress of works. • Upon completion of work, to carry out final inspections and handovers. • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
