As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets to drive revenue growth. Sales and Business Development : Identify and develop potential clients in industrial sectors, present and promote products or services to potential clients, focusing on how they meet customer requirements. 2. Client Relationship Management : Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction, regularly meet with clients to review their needs and propose solutions that offer value. 3. Negotiation and Deal Closing : Negotiate terms of agreements, including price, delivery schedules, and service levels, close sales deals while ensuring both customer and company requirements are met. 4. Market and Industry Research : Research industry trends, market demand, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition, also analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and customer service. 5. Sales Reporting and Forecasting : Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to refine sales strategies and improve overall sales performance. 6. Compliance and Documentation : Ensure that all sales activities and client interactions comply with company policies, maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, sales contracts, and delivery schedules. 7. Travel and Field Work : Travel to client sites, factories, or industrial plants to meet with customers and better understand their needs, also attend trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences sometimes.
