Farm Manager

Job Description: • Manage and develop agricultural products, including fruits and vegetables, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency. • Oversee the cultivation, harvesting, and distribution of crops, maintaining proper records and reports. • Supervise livestock farming operations (if applicable) and ensure proper care and management of animals. • Monitor farm budgets, resources, and materials, optimizing costs and maximizing production. • Maintain a safe, productive, and sustainable farming environment. • Implement best agricultural practices and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Job Requirements: • Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in agriculture or farm management. • Experience in livestock farming is an advantage. • Ability to work independently and manage a team under pressure. • Strong leadership skills and decision-making capabilities. • Workdays: 6 days a week.
