Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and filing. • Organize and maintain office supplies and inventory. • Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports. • Assist in preparing and processing payments, including supplier invoices, and reimbursements. • Reconcile bank statements and assist in monthly financial reporting. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Liaise with clients and suppliers regarding invoices, payments, and other financial matters. • Provide timely responses to account-related queries. • Accurately input and update data in accounting and administrative systems. • Maintain organized and up-to-date records for audits and internal reviews. • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of administrative and financial tasks. • Support the accounts and management teams with ad hoc tasks as required. Qualifications: • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. • Proven experience in administrative and/or accounting roles. Skills and Competencies: • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team.
