General Account Team Lead

1.Accurate and Timely Accounting Services Ensure the team consistently delivers accurate and timely general accounting and reporting, fixed assets management, statutory accounting, and direct and indirect tax services. This includes tasks such as journal postings, RTR maintenance, report preparation, reconciliations, and tax submissions. Oversee reconciliation tasks, including Bank, Inventory, FA (Fixed Assets), Clearing account, Prepayment, and Accruals, ensuring accuracy and completeness. 2. Ownership of Key Financial Registers Act as the owner of the General Ledger Account Master and Fixed Assets (FA) register, ensuring accurate maintenance and updates. 3. Month-End RTR Process Supervision Supervise the month-end RTR (Record to Report) process, ensuring the timely completion of closing and reporting activities. 4. Handling Escalations Address escalations from cross-functional teams or stakeholders promptly and effectively, ensuring smooth operations. 6. Financial Accounting and Statutory Reporting Coordinate with external parties, such as auditors, tax agents, and others, ensuring that all requirements and queries are handled efficiently. Assist in Financial and Statutory Reporting, the Annual Audit process, the half-year review process, the Quarterly and Statutory Group Consolidation Process, and the management of monthly inter-company balances and transactions. 7. Process Improvement Implement best practices and actively seek out opportunities for process improvement within the team's existing processes. 8. Guidance and Support Provide guidance and support to staff on RTR-related matters, serving as the first point of escalation for resolving daily operational issues. 9. Training and Knowledge Sharing Facilitate training for new team members and promote knowledge sharing and job experience exchange within the team.
