  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: General Manager
Salary: RM5,000 - RM7,000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 6pm / 9am - 7pm)
Location: No 40 Jalan Persiaran Skudai 8 Pusat Perusahaan Skudai 81300 Skudai Johor.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Leadership/Strategic Communications: Develop and implement business strategies to drive company performance, increase revenue, achieve growth targets and staffs KPI's. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service standards. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Team Leadership / People Management: Recruit, train, and manage staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Foster a positive work environment and motivate the team to achieve sales goals.
  • Financial Controller: Manage company budget, including forecasting, expenses control, and financial reporting. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement actions to improve financial performance. Control and manage stock take.
  • Customer Experience: Enhance the customer experience by ensuring a high standard of service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and implementing loyalty programs and promotions.
  • Sales & Marketing / Business Development: Drive sales initiatives, including promotional events and marketing campaigns. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure product availability, quality, and timely deliveries.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and legal regulations. Maintain store appearance and safety standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Mileage claim provided
  • Attendance allowance RM200
  • Medical claim RM800 yearly
  • Optical RM150 yearly
  • Dental RM150 yearly
  • Need to travel to 3 branch (JB, Bangi, Shah Alam)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • general manager: 1 year (Preferred)
