• Register and process guest daily arrivals with efficient and accurate. • Process guest departures details in accurate and efficient manner with adhere to cashiering procedures. • Balance daily cash remittance, credit card, transaction posting and cash drop sales at end of each shift ensuring all is accurate without discrepancy. • Ensure cash float is accurate before handover shift. • Process key inventory on daily shift to check on missing keys or unregistered guests. • Provides accurate and friendly information to all guest inquiries. • Process safety box at reception counter for guest use. • Receive, process and action to guest requests. • Liaises with others section or departments to ensure information is process correctly and efficiently. • Assist Bukit Merah Resort Sdn Bhd and Front Office department to achieve revenue and demonstrates up selling technique. • Read the log book and follow up message from previous shift. • Attend daily and monthly meeting to maintain solid teamwork and sharing of goals & objective of department. • Keeps management informed of any unusual occurrences or matters requiring immediate attention. • To perform any other tasks given by the management as and when required. • Keeps reception counter clean and tidy. • Witness all outlets cashiers submitting their daily cash collection in cash drop record book. • Ensure all relevant forms and documents in proper filing. • Prepared room key and list of room inspection for Manager on duty (MOD) or Sales personnel.
