Key Responsibilities: 1. Nutritional Planning: • Develop and review airline meal menus to ensure balanced nutrition. • Tailor meal options based on dietary restrictions (e.g., low-sodium, gluten-free, diabetic-friendly). • Provide nutritional labeling for in-flight meals as per airline and regulatory requirements. 2. Data Management and Reporting: • Maintain records of meal plans, nutritional data, and compliance documentation. • Prepare reports on nutritional content, allergen information, and customer feedback. • Analyze trends in passenger dietary preferences to optimize future menu offerings. 5. Customer and Airline Liaison: • Act as a point of contact for airlines regarding nutritional inquiries. • Address passenger feedback on dietary needs and special meal requests. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field. • Certification from a recognized dietetics board is preferred. • Knowledge of food safety standards and dietary guidelines. • Strong communication skills for collaboration with chefs, kitchen staff, and airline representatives. • Prior experience in food services, catering, or airline meal planning is an advantage.
