Sales Consultant

Job Description • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences. • Explain and educate customers on product specifications, pricing, and installation process. • Assist customers in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and hardware for their customized furniture. • Assist customers sales activities such as site measurement, on-site inspection, etc. when required. • Utilize design software, such as AiHouse to provide customized furniture designs to customers based on their requirements. • Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation. • Ensure timely follow-ups with customers to maintain good customer relationships and close sales. • Resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner. Job Requirements • Diploma or higher certification in interior design or a related field • Proven experience as a sales designer in a kitchen cabinet and/or other wood panel-based furniture retail outlet • Proficiency in designing software such as AiHouse is an added advantage • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored design solutions • Strong sales and negotiation skills • Knowledge of pricing and product specifications • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets • Attention to detail and ability to create accurate and professional design presentations
