Senior Officer - Quality Assurance

• To understand and implement Brahim's Food Services Quality System To understand and implement Food Act 1983 and Food Regulation 1985. • To understand and implement Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994. • To conduct validation on problematic raw material and finished product, critical limit for control point (CP) and critical control point (CCP) based on HACCP Guidelines and to conduct investigation on re-sampled items after failing three times consecutively in lab test or as and when required and to ensure that corrective action is done on failed items. • To recommend corrective actions to rectify the discrepancies found during monitoring of GHP and GMP. • To be involved in HACCP activities, Quality System documentation and special projects as and when required. • To participate in other programs of Brahim's Food Services as directed by Head of Quality & Halal. • To assist on verification of probe thermometer / IR thermometer from all users. • To provide Daily Inspection Report. • To inspect and check the quality of prepared meals at assembly Cold Room as a final defense. • To focus on customer needs and requirements on all halal and hygiene activities. • Accountable to issue Hygiene Demerit Summon to staff non-compliance to personal hygiene. • Assist Quality Assurance Executive and Head of Quality & Halal inspection in production and operation area. • Any other task given by superior from time to time.
