Accounts Executive responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, invoice billing, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors. • Able to handle full sets of accounts including preparation. • Reconcile financial statements, prepare to send and store invoices. • Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payment. • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management. • Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable • Computer literate with good knowledge in MS Office and Accounting software would be an added advantage. • Prepare Cash flow projections weekly or monthly. • Year-end audit preparation. • Able to call customer to follow up collection REQUIREMENTS: • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work • Basic understanding of accountancy and book-keeping • Good organizational skills and a fast learner • Reporting Skills • Administrative Skills • Microsoft Office Skills
