Production Engineer

1. Responsible in carry out improvement plan & the execution base on QCDMS to meet company target. 2. Responsible as a Leader to ensure Safety, 5S and housekeeping at Production area in order and also plan for improvement to increase production efficiency. 3. To manage and provide guidance to supervisor/line leader in Technical, Quality and New Model to do their work in order to meet department objective. 4. To lead the study of process design and process layout with maximum work efficiency. 5. To provide engineering support to ensure maximum operation of equipment and cost optimization. 6. To conducts field investigation and prepare reports for problem or issues. 7. To take immediate action on feedback(QC report) of Quality problem or finding from internal or external department. 8. To establish/maintaining any Production Process Document for all New Model or revised document(Control Plan,WI,OPL,Training) before approval. 9. Responsible as a Team Member of APQP representative for Production Department. 10. To guide and lead Supervisor/Leader to maintain, check, control and monitor good condition of production machines and equipment and also consumables. 11. Trainer for Supervisor/Leader in new model development and also manage operator process training program. 12. Perform any other job/function that may be assigned by superior.
