Job scope: Oversee the overall performance to ensure consistency and growth of online Lazada store • Plan and create marketing promotions on monthly, quarterly & year end basis • Create campaign submission on monthly basis • Managing and monitor ads on daily basis • Liaise with account manager to ensure campaign are executed properly • Identify internal online opportunities, strategies to execute and expand the visibility and sales of the online store • Analyzing data, for feedback and report to achieve better performance • Record monthly data and create database for data record • Monitoring stock before event to ensure performance are not affected during peak sales • Handle daily operation like SKU updates, pricing changes, banner management, etc • Coordinate with relevant marketing team on certain online events for branding purposes from time to time • Dual Role Job: Assist in printing and packing online orders and customer services when necessary Job requirement: • Preferably have experience in managing online store for at least 1 year (Fresh graduates are welcome too) • Preferably Diploma in Business administration, Marketing, Public Relations (Fresh graduates in related field are welcome too) • Work at office and able to work at minimum supervision • 5.5 days a week, 8 hours a day o Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm) o Saturday (9am – 1pm) Why us? • Training will be provided throughout your career journey • Incentive for good performance, opportunities for promotion • Yearly leave Who we’re looking for? • Growth oriented, Willingness to learn • Independent, Initiative, open minded • Flexible and teamwork
