Job Description: Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Testing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of low voltage switchboard panels to meet industry standards and client requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, testing procedures, and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities: · Conduct comprehensive testing of low voltage switchboard panels, including insulation resistance tests, contact resistance tests, high voltage tests and function tests. · Perform inspections and audits of electromechanical assemblies to ensure compliance with applicable standards and specifications. · Document test results and prepare detailed reports for internal and client review. · Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies. · Ensure all testing equipment is calibrated and maintained in good working condition. · Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and procedures. · Stay updated with industry standards and advancements in testing methodologies. · Ensure the quality of products meets the required standards and specifications. · Support onsite testing and troubleshooting activities, if necessary. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. · Minimum of 3 years of experience in testing low voltage switchboard panels or similar electrical equipment. · Strong knowledge of electrical testing procedures and standards (e.g., IEC 61439). · Proficiency in using testing equipment and tools. · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. · Strong attention to detail and accuracy. · Good communication and teamwork skills. · Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
