Medical Lab Technologist

Responsibilities: 1) Responsible to prepare all laboratory requisition for practical lab session and practical lab examination. 2) Responsible for inventory stock check for chemical, reagents, glassware and consumable items used in the lab in charge for twice per year. 3) Perform monthly QC and Internal service for all laboratory equipment, apparatus and materials (model, simulator, potting jar) twice per year. 4) Responsible to maintain cleanliness and safety facilities including safety cabinet, eye wash, shower and electricity function at all times. 5) Maintain laboratory specimen including teaching slide and changing solution for potting jar, twice per year. 6) Maintain records and prepared reports for monthly and quarterly to submit to Science Officer. 7) Responsible for disposal of chemical and clinical waste management after lab session and lab preparation including segregation and waste collection. 8) Responsible to report any facilities breakdown, breakage item, emergency and incident happen in lab to Science Officer.
