As we support farmers to optimise existing practices through the adoption of digital tools, we also recognise the need to innovate farming methodologies to strengthen the entire agrofood ecosystem.

The Job Description for this position are as below;

• Operate designated planting equipment for inserting plants at specified durations.
• Perform daily routine for sowing, manuring, irrigation, fertilization, harvesting, cleaning packing and storage following production schedule.
• Perform loading and unloading for raw materials and finished goods.
• Use and maintain farm equipment.
• Report any abnormal during farming operation to leader or agronomist.
• Assist agronomist and operation leader to eliminate unnecessary rejection and growth rate improvement.
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks from superior.

• 3+ years of experience in a farmer or farm operator position.
• Previous experience in the farming industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of farming best practices.
• Able to work long hours on location.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be physically fit.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Working well within a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
