- Perform daily administrative tasks efficiently.
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Receiving goods & track inventory
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Process expenses, invoices, and purchase orders related to sales and marketing activities
- Work closely with the finance department to process invoices and payments
- Handle administrative task as per required

- Arrange courier and logistics arrangements.
- Ensure all sales-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns & update social media platforms.
- Process sales orders and coordinate with other departments for order fulfillment.
- Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain and update sales databases, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock movement for sales orders.
- Assist the sales team members for smooth order processing.
Requirements :
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Adherence to deadlines and task prioritization.
- Handle confidential information with integrity.
- Fresh graduates or with min 1 year experiences are encourage to apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
