Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Farmedy Sdn Bhd in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service expertise
- Experience in enhancing Customer Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of health food or natural remedies is a plus
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
