About your role

• Review and select vehicles from the wholesale list based on specific retail criteria.
• Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel to analyse and filter data to identify suitable vehicles for retail.
• Ensure all vehicle documentation is accurate and complete to proceed for the payment.
• Verify details and confirm that all documentation of transactions is properly processed by Finance Dept.
• Monitor the status of vehicle documentation and follow up with relevant department to ensure all is prepared.
• Keep track of the Retail Wish List and recommend vehicles that match.
• Ensure accurate and timely distribution of allocation information to all relevant department.
• Handle trailer request forms and coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely transportation of vehicles.
• Monitor the status of trailer requests and address any issues that arise.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in any fields
• Qualifications: A few years' experience in the Automotive Industry is an added advantage.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles, with a track record of driving sales growth.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in fast-paced environment.
• Computer literate in Microsoft office, Note Pad and Basic Emailing.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
