We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with at least one year of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various digital marketing tools and platforms and will be responsible for executing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Concepts:
Understand and implement marketing funnels, buyer personas, and customer journey strategies to attract and engage target audiences. Apply inbound and outbound marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and grow brand presence.
2. Trend Awareness:
Stay up-to-date with current digital marketing trends and emerging platforms. Conduct basic competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
3. Social Media Marketing:
Create, schedule, and manage posts and ads on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Understand platform-specific algorithms and engagement strategies to increase reach and interactions. Utilize social media scheduling tools to streamline content management and optimize posting times.
4. SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
Perform on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic search rankings. Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to optimize website content and blog posts. Optimize metadata, internal linking, and content for search engines to drive traffic.
6. Email Marketing:
Set up and execute email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact. Segment email lists and personalize campaigns to increase open rates and conversions. Analyze campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to improve future campaigns.
7. Google Analytics
Navigate Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversions. Create simple reports to assess campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
8. Paid Advertising:
Run Google Ads (Search and Display) campaigns, managing budgets and ad performance. Create and optimize paid ads across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager). Monitor ROI and adjust ad strategies to ensure effectiveness.
9. WordPress/Website Management:
Manage website content through CMS platforms like WordPress, ensuring regular updates and optimization. Optimize site performance and SEO, using plugins and tools to improve user experience and site visibility.
10. Basic Graphic Design:
Use tools such as Canva to design creative visuals for social media, email campaigns, and other digital marketing efforts. Understand image optimization for online use to ensure quick loading times and a seamless user experience.
11. Customer Engagement:
Respond to Google reviews and social media inquiries daily, following provided templates to maintain a professional brand image and positive customer experience.
12. Collaboration & Communication:
Write persuasive marketing copy that communicates brand messaging clearly. Collaborate with team members and clients to execute campaigns, meet deadlines, and achieve marketing goals.
Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (social media platforms, SEO, Google Analytics, email platforms).
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and content management systems (WordPress).
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
- Ability to create engaging content for blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and a passion for innovative digital marketing strategies.
