Responsibilities:

To participate in planning, managing and implementing Electrical & ELV services for projects.
To prepare Construction, Shop drawing & As built drawing for M&E System.
To ensure works are done as per contract's specification.
To assist pre-contract & tender division with tender support for Electrical & ELV services / project support.
To coordinate, monitor and review construction work progress.
To undertake any and all others duties and responsibilities as instructed.
Inspection and reporting of installation works completed by Contractor.
Ensuring all materials delivered to site conform with the approved specifications and Contract requirements.
Identifying all outstanding work to be carried out timely to meet the timeline stipulated in the Contracts.
Identifying potential problems and delay at site and report regularly to superiors on the progress of works.
Filing of all relevant forms, documents, reports, correspondence and records in accordance with ISO requirement.
To verify subcontractors’ claim progress and prepare progress claim for submission to client/consultant according to site monthly progress.
Attend and coordinate all M&E matters with various Consultants, Contractors and relevant Authorities.
Review and ensure M&E layout design in terms of functionality, buildability, maintainability, cost efficiency, and sustainability aspects are complied with.
Liaise and coordinate with Consultants for M&E submissions and approvals.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Preferably candidates who has at least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required skill(s): AutoCAD
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
Able to work independently with good interpersonal skills and able to communicate to all levels.
Applicants must be willing to travel.
