Finance Manager / Subang Jaya / 5 Working days

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting and finance operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations, and deliver accurate financial statements and reports.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to statutory laws.
• Manage cash flow by tracking transactions, reviewing reports, and providing forecasts to management.
• Supervise and mentor the finance team.
• Develop strategic financial plans for risk management and opportunity forecasting.
• Prepare and review budgets and financial performance reports, comparing actual results with budgeted figures.
• Review financial contracts and agreements, including Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees, for compliance.
• Provide analysis and recommendations as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent professional qualifications, and membership with MIA.
• At least 10 years of managerial experience in Accounting or related fields.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Finance and Accounting Management, Tax Management, Cost Management, and Risk Management.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
