Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive at Makoto House, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding our market presence. You will work closely with existing and potential clients, ensuring they have access to our wide range of premium products while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Identify sales opportunities and build a client base in the food and beverage industry.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products offered by Makoto House, including Japanese food and beverages, and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to provide insights that will help shape sales strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client communications, orders, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry or FMCG sector.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages like Mandarin or Japanese will be an advantage.
- Customer-Oriented: A passion for delivering excellent customer service and fostering long-term relationships.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve sales goals.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
