· Effectively promote Arc Technologies’ software services to potential customers.

· Engage frequently with clients, providing consulting services on solutions and digital transformation strategies. Prepare and deliver presentations/demos tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Build a deep understanding of clients' business priorities, challenges, and goals, translating them into opportunities for Arc Technologies’ services.

· Identify new and existing market opportunities. Formulate and implement sales strategies, manage sales resources effectively, and report progress to management.

· Establish and nurture long-term, positive relationships with current and prospective clients.

· Developing and implementing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.

· Run targeted campaigns (via phone calls, emails, etc.) to generate sales leads and create new business opportunities.

· Develop and present proposals customized to meet each client’s unique business needs.

· Manage all stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting to calling, presenting, demonstrating, and closing. Ensure outstanding customer service with regular client follow-ups.

· Translate proposals into actionable, ready-to-sign contracts.

· Meet and exceed sales targets as set by the company.

· Commissions and incentives are awarded based on sales target achievements.

· Undertake business development activities by researching, developing and delivering marketing strategies, planning and implementing sales activities.

· Creation and publication of marketing material in line with marketing plans.

· Prepare monthly reports for the Directors by collecting and analysing sales activity and data. Including monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts.

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information technology/ Business/ Marketing or relevant field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • IOT knowledge and basic understanding of software and applications

· Proven sales/marketing skills and experience.

· Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer or similar role.
