Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator cum Brand & Partnership Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing engaging events, including new office launches, fostering brand visibility, and building strategic partnerships to enhance our co-working community. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating vibrant environments, has excellent interpersonal skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Job Responsibilities: -
Event Coordination:

  • Plan, organize, and execute community events, workshops, networking sessions, and conferences.
  • Lead the planning and coordination of any new office launch events, ensuring they reflect the company’s brand identity and values.
  • Oversee logistics for the company's event, including invitations, guest list management, catering, entertainment, and media coverage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage all event logistics, including venue setup, audiovisual needs, and branding elements.
  • Develop event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Promote events through digital platforms, email marketing, and on-site materials.
  • Gather feedback from attendees to evaluate event success and improve future events.

Brand Development:

  • Support the creation and implementation of brand campaigns to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Assist in curating and managing social media content aligned with the company’s brand identity.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional materials such as flyers, newsletters, and digital ads.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to refine branding strategies.

Partnership Management:

  • Identify potential partnerships that align with the company’s vision and goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and agreements to maximize mutual benefits.
  • Assist in co-branded initiatives, sponsorship opportunities, and cross-promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain a database of partners and track partnership performance metrics.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, branding, or partnership development (experience in the co-working or real estate industry is a plus).
  • Proven experience in managing launch events or high-profile gatherings is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to challenges.
