As a Marketing Executive at Rebarre Studio, you'll play a crucial role in driving our company's marketing campaigns, partnerships and social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the management team and creative teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns, social media and collaborations for a leading boutique fitness studio in Malaysia. Creative in designing marketing campaign initiatives to drive business objectives. Highly sensitive with current social media content trends and activity. Work with influencers and partner brands on strategic collaborations to drive awareness, brand loyalty and conversion. a. Communication, teamwork, coordination & people skill is expected.
- -Content Creation: Understand business objectives, in tuned with current social media content trend (image and video),and highly sensitive towards Instagram & TikTok. Creating content in alignment with campaign strategy. -Campaign Management & Report: Execute and track performance of marketing campaigns based on campaign objective. Report & improve with Management Team. -Influencer Management: Maintain and grow existing influencer community of the same vibe and style, aligned them with brand vision and belief and be creative in collaboratively expressing together. Build relationships with influencers through activities. -Project Management: Coordinate and execute ad-hoc campaign relevant projects and events i.e. sponsorships, PR initiatives, short-term marketing projects. -Strategy Partnerships: Identify strategic partnerships that align with our values and expand our brand's reach and impact. Cultivate and manage partnerships to foster mutual growth to boost brand visibility and engagement. -Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets and analyze ROI for cost-effective results.
