Job Responsibilities (HR) - HR Intern responsibilities include coordinating new hire onboarding, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Job Responsibilities (FINANCE) - To assist in preparation daily accounting works, handling general admin duties. - To assist in preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statement. - Maintain proper record keeping, filing, documentation and correspondences. - To key in supplier invoices, issue payment, issue official receipt and credit note. - To assist in ad-hoc accounting and/or finance assignments. Job Responsibilities (DIGITAL MARKETING) - Assist in creating digital content for social media and marketing campaigns - Work with the design team on video and graphic project - Support multimedia strategies for brand promotion Job Requirements: - Experience with MS Office - Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting - Basic knowledge of labor legislation - Organizational skills - Willing to learn new things & fast learner
