Graphic Designer Intern (Gifting Assistant)

About the role

Join the creative team at A Gift Lab as a Graphic Designer Intern (Gifting Assistant). In this full-time role based in Kajang, Selangor, you will be responsible for assisting with the entire process of gifting including design and production of gift, packaging design, catalogues, and marketing materials for our innovative gifting products and solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with the team to conceptualise and develop visually engaging gift packaging designs
• Create compelling product imagery and illustrations for use in our catalogues and marketing collateral
• Prepare print-ready digital files and provide support for the production of marketing materials
• Assist with the implementation of our brand guidelines across all design outputs
• Contribute ideas and feedback to continuously improve the visual identity and appeal of our gifting products
• Provide general team support and gift preparation as needed

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative abilities
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
• An eye for detail, excellent aesthetics, and the ability to translate creative concepts into visually appealing designs
• Good understanding of print production processes and file preparation
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with the design team
• Passion for the gifting industry and a desire to contribute to the growth of a dynamic, innovative company
• Pleasant attitude, focused on details, well organized and great time management
