Key Responsibilities:

  • Cyber Strategy Development: Lead the creation and implementation of cybersecurity strategies tailored to the client’s business needs. This includes identifying key risks, designing security frameworks, and aligning cybersecurity initiatives with business goals.
  • Cyber Risk Management: Assess and analyze current cybersecurity practices and policies, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance risk posture and secure critical assets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work with C-suite executives, business leaders, and IT teams to understand business objectives and align cybersecurity strategy with organizational goals. Communicate complex cybersecurity concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and impactful way.
  • Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC): Help clients establish strong governance structures to manage and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, standards, and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001).
  • Cyber Resilience: Advise clients on how to improve their resilience to cyber threats, including incident response, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity strategies.
  • Emerging Technologies: Stay at the forefront of cybersecurity technologies and industry trends to provide clients with innovative, cutting-edge solutions to address their evolving security needs. Help clients adopt automation, artificial intelligence, and other next-gen technologies to strengthen their security posture.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other Accenture teams (such as Technology, Digital, and Industry specialists) to deliver comprehensive cyber solutions that address both strategic and technical requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or IT consulting, with a focus on cyber strategy development
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
