What You'll Do:

As a Telesales Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to connect with customers and offer them the insurance coverage they need. You’ll work on a variety of campaigns, using your communication skills to educate and guide potential customers through their insurance options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Leads: Make outbound calls to potential customers, using a friendly and consultative approach to introduce insurance products.
  • Drive Sales: Convert warm leads into customers by matching their needs with the right insurance plans.
  • Educate Customers: Provide clear, understandable information about insurance options and how they benefit the customer.
  • Manage Follow-ups: Handle inbound queries, follow up with leads, and keep track of customer interactions to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Build Relationships: Develop trust and rapport with customers to maintain long-term relationships and maximize future business opportunities.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (College students and fresh grads are welcome!)
  • Previous telesales or customer service experience is a plus (but not a must)
  • Passion for helping people and a strong interest in sales
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable with phone-based communication and tech platforms
