- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel itineraries with suppliers, customers and government departments
- Execute tasks assigned by the executives, which can vary widely
- Ensure all task are completed on time
- Handle correspondence, emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and follow up
- Develop and review strategic Key Account Plans to achieve the Company’s overall goal and sales objectives
- Build stronger business relationship with Key Accounts to grow the Company’s overall business through strategic merchandising and promotional activities
- Working closely with Marketing for A&P funding support and product positioning strategy
- Working closely with the Sales team in executing and implementing the marketing activities
- Submit monthly Key Account Sales Performance report for Company and Principals’ usage, including monthly review presentation
- Assisting in negotiating the yearly key account trading terms
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain and manage the filing system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of documents
- Assist in managing contracts, bills and other important documents
- Record minutes of all company meeting, both large and small
- Good communication skill with pleasant personality
- Must be able to work with people of all levels
- Strong negotiation skills
- Assist with personal matters and travel arrangements for the executives
- Handle emergencies and unexpected situations, providing flexible support
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office (e.g. Words, Excel, Power Point)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Minimum education: Diploma and above
