- Manage site within given time, quality, and budget constraints.
- Monitor daily site activities and safety.
- Assist in planning and coordinating site activities.
- Check sub-contractor work, defects, and quality.
- Conduct site surveys and measurements.
- Prepare daily reports and monthly progress reports.
- Liaise with subcontractors on subcontract matters.
- Coordinate site activities and attend meetings.
- Ensure work progress and quality controls follow procedures.
- Order construction materials and equipment, implement safety measures.
- Monitor service and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and vehicles.
- Implement preventive maintenance program to avoid breakdowns.
- Minimize material wastage.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
- Must possess an aggressive and energetic attitude.
- Diploma / Degree in electrical or mechanical Engineering
- Required to travel outstation.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in construction site electrical and earthing systems.
- Preferably able to travel by own transport.
