- E-commerce Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the company’s products, services, or business. Manage product listings, ensure smooth platform activities, and monitor all processes.
- Content Co-creation: Participate in short video production, live streaming operations, and other online sales-related tasks. Co-create content and develop creative ideas.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly collect, analyze, and report on operational data, including sales data, user behavior data, and traffic data. Identify problems and propose improvements to enhance business efficiency and performance.
- Customer Service & Experience Optimization: Ensure that customer needs are addressed in a timely manner, improve user satisfaction, and drive customer retention.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, adjust operational strategies accordingly to respond to market changes and maintain the company’s competitiveness.

- Proficient in using computers and office software.
- Familiar with e-commerce operations and backend management.
- Knowledge of new media trends and content characteristics.
