- To manage and grow sales revenue of total online sales channels for the company.
- To manage sales for the company’s website, propose sales bundles for special events/campaigns/festive seasons, monitor the setting up, and listing, ensuring flawless execution, sales performance monitoring, and campaign effectiveness.
- To handle all marketplace platforms, including Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and tasks like maintaining relationships with marketplace key account managers as well as communicating and negotiating with the marketplace for deals and exposures.
- To work with the creative team and content writers whenever needed to generate or review sales materials for all online channels.
- To perform other projects and duties as assigned by the management.
- At least Diploma / Degree holder.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in this field.
- Excellent communication skills, spoken and written in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu.
- Great analytic skills and computer skills.
- Attention to detail to spot trends and important information in data and statistics, and to find areas where improvements could be made to maximize sales.
- Customer-focused and able to apply knowledge of the organization’s target audience to business goals.
- Able to handle end-to-end processes from the front end of e-commerce to complicated backend, including e-commerce warehouse and online merchandising.
- Must demonstrate high proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe/Canva, and etc.
